Winnie Mcduffie Griner

Mrs. Winnie McDuffie Griner, 83, of Bartow, FL, died Wednesday, March 11, 2009, at Life Care Center Of Winter Haven. Mrs. Griner was born July 28, 1925 in Avon Park. She ran a concession stand at the Alturas Packing Company and was a member of Blessed Assurance Temple in Bartow. She is survived by her sons, Tim Griner of Bartow and Richard Griner of Lakeland. Three Sisters, Ila Wiggins of Bartow, Vivian Albritton of Fort Meade, and Myrtle Griffin of Bartow. One Brother Robert "Bob" McDuffie of Fort Meade and 3 grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, 650 East Main Street, Bartow, FL, where the family will receive friends from 1 to 2 PM Saturday, March 21, 2009. Funeral service will be at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 21, 2009 , Rev. Matt Clark officiating. Interment will be at Wildwood Cemetery in Bartow, FL.
