Fort Meade - Willie Lou Murphy Bearrentine, 94, passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2015. She was born February 6, 1921 in Cottonwood, AL. Mrs. Bearrentine was a former employee of Peace River Packing Company. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Bartow. She was preceded in death by her husband Hatcher Bearrentine married December 22, 1940 and son Mark Bearrentine. She is survived by daughter Joy Albritton and 2 sons Bruce & Janet Bearrentine of Fort Meade & Norman Bearrentine of Oakland, CA. Sister Johnnie Malcolm of Winter Haven and 3 grandchildren. The family will receive friends Monday, August 3, 2015 from 5 to 7 pm at McLean Funeral Home, 306 East Broadway in Fort Meade. Funeral service will be Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at 11:00 am Paynes Creek Primitive Baptist Church, 4404 Paynes Creek Road in Bowling Green, FL. Burial will follow at Paynes Creek Cemetery.
