William C. Wilkinson

Mr. William C Wilkinson, age 82, of Bartow, Fla., died Sunday, May 27, 2007, at Bartow Regional Medical Center in Bartow. A native of Charlotte, NC, Mr. Wilkinson was a longtime resident of Bartow, moving from Greensboro, NC. He was a corporate executive with Jefferson Pilot Insurance Co for many years. He was a member of the Bartow First United Methodist Church. He Served in the Army during World War II. his wife of 61 years, Joy M. Wilkinson; sons Lee & wife Virginia Wilkinson of Asheville, N.C.; Lawrence Wilkinson of San Francisco, Calif. grandchildren: Nora Wilkinson of San Francisco; Nick Wilkinson of Asheville, N.C.; Jayme & husband Jason Ray of Asheville, N.C. Great Grandchild: Sara Margaret Ray of Asheville. Funeral services will be at First United Methodist Church at 2:00 AM Thursday, May 31, 2007 , Rev. Paul Morris officiating.
