William Earl Walker

W. Earl Walker, age 77, of Fort Meade, FL, died Thursday, April 26, 2007, at his Residence in Fort Meade. Mr. Walker was born July 20, 1929 in Frostproof. Mr. Walker was the Owner/Operator of Walker Pharmacy and was a member of First Baptist Church of Fort Meade. He was also a member of American Legion Post #23 in Fort Meade & a member of the Polk County Pharmaceutical Association. He served in the Army during the Korean War. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Barbara Maxine (Bell) Walker of Fort Meade; Son, Timothy Earl (Wife, Susan) Walker of Fort Meade; Daughter, Ginger Lynn (Husband, Russell) McIntyre of Sebring, FL.; Daughter, Diane Elizabeth (Husband, Richard) Reed of Melrose, FL.; Son-Jon Scott (Wife, Deana) Walker of Brooksville, FL.; Brother, Richard Ralph (Wife, Shirley) Walker of Tampa, FL. Eight grandchildren, Erin McIntyre, Brad McIntyre, Ethan Walker, Reuben Walker, Taylor Reed, Brody Reed, Kirsten Walker, & Justin Walker. The family will receive friends Sunday 4/29/2007 from 4 to 6 pm at McLean Funeral Home. The Service will be Monday 4/30/2007 at 11:00 am at The First Baptist Church, 307 East Broadway in Fort Meade. Arrangements are being handled by McLean Funeral Home, 306 East Broadway, Fort Meade, FL. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Fort Meade, FL.
