Bartow - William L. Downing, age 63, passed away on July 21, 2024, at Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale. He was born on October 26, 1960, in Bartow, FL. He worked as a Laborer . He enjoyed fishing and tinkering with items he found. He was preceded in death by his father James Downing and brother James Edward Downing. He is survived by a loving family that includes his mother Linda Downing, one son, sisters Sharon Dillard & Vera McCrimmon and many nieces & nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2024, at 1:00 PM in the Spence Room at the Bartow Civic Center. Condolences to family at www.whiddenmcleanfuneralhome.com
