Billy was born May 10, 1947 in Winter Haven, FL, He worked for Winter Haven Citrus Growers packing house. He was survived by his wife; Debra Joyner of Winter Haven, step-daughter; Raechel Gilley, step-son; Larry Brewer, daughter; Vicki Joyner, five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
