Wiley "Joe" Coulter, Jr., age 93, passed away Saturday, August 13, 2022 at Savannah Court at Bartow in Bartow, FL. He was born May 24, 1929 in Bowling Green , FL to Wiley & Dlanie Coulter. Joe served in the US Air Force. He was a Mechanist for Swift & Company. He was a member of Cornerstone Church of God. Joe loved to fish and hunt. He was preceded in death by his wife Lilia Coulter, daughter Carmen Merchant, siblings Frances Free, Jack Coulter, Calvin Barber, Robert Coulter, Patricia King, Donald Coulter and Jimmy Coulter. He is survived by his wife Wilma Coulter, son W.J. Coulter III & wife Marcia, daughter Evelyn Rivera, brother Hubert Coulter, sister Valeria Murray, Martha Lyle and Sandra Boatwright, step daughters Suzie Whitener & husband Bill and Jeanne McLeod. He also had many loving and devoted grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Saturday, August 20, 2022 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Cornerstone Church of God in Fort Meade, FL. Funeral service will follow at 10:30 am Saturday, August 20, 2022, at Cornerstone Church of God. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery with Military honors in Fort Meade, FL.
