Wilbur L. Jackson

Mr. Wilbur L. Jackson, age 62, a native of Fort Meade, FL., died Monday, January 1, 2007, at His Residence in Fort Meade from cancer. Mr. Jackson retired from Polk County he was a Utility Construction Inspector and was a member of First Baptist Church of Fort Meade. He is preceded in death by his daughter-Rebecca Patten He is survived by his wife of 30 years Mrs. Linda Jackson of Fort Meade. Two Daughters-Annette Brown of Fort Meade and Suzette Jackson Toth of Orlando, FL Two Sons-Michael Jackson of Dallas, Texas and Troy Bell of Wauchula, FL Brother-Eugene Jackson of Fort Meade 10-Grandchildren 4-Great Grandchildren Arrangements are being handled by McLean Funeral Home, 306 East Broadway, Fort Meade, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday, Jan. 4, 2007. Funeral service will be at 11:00 am Friday, Jan. 5, 2007 at the First Baptist Church of Fort Meade, 307 East Broadway, Fort Meade.
