Bartow - Wayne C. "Jay" Dery, 44, passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale. Born Wednesday, September 23, 1970 in Amsterdam, NY, Mr. Dery was a resident of Bartow since 2007. He was a Enviromental & Safety Manager for Mid-State Energy Inc. He is survived by his wife, Christine Dery; four sons: Dillon, Logan, Gage & Graden; . his parents and four sisters. Family will receive friends Monday, April 27, 2015 from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM at the First Baptist Church, 410 E. Church St, Bartow, funeral services will follow at 3:00 P.M. at the Church.
