Vida Ray Voigt

Vida Ray Voigt, age 94, passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2022. She was born November 17, 1927 in Nashville, GA to Fulton & Lollie Ray. Vida was a member of Alturas United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Ralph Ray and sister Inez Estes. She is survived by her husband John A Voigt of Alturas, children Gary Stenger (Astrid) of Bartow, Michael Stenger (Fay) of Babson Park, Pam Blalock (Bill) of Bradenton, Christi Adkins (Mike) of Homeland, Tom Voigt (Joy) of Ashville, NC, Bill Voigt (Alexandra) of Sebring, sister Doris Stevens of Melbourne, grandchildren Tyler Stenger, Monica Stenger, Alison McPherson (Kyle), Braxton Blalock, Beck Blalock, Joshua Adkins (Lindsay), Adam Voigt (Peyton), Aaron Voigt (Joy), Anna Kathryn Wolfe (Thomas), Ben Voigt, Zack Voigt and Jacob Voigt (Sarah), 18 great grandchildren and 4 great great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends Monday, September 19, 2022 from 10:00 to 11:00 am at Alturas United Methodist Church, 2745 Oak Street in Alturas, FL. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 am Monday, September 19, 2022, at Alturas United Methodist Church. Burial will be held at Lakeland Memorial Gardens in Lakeland, FL.
