Vickie T. Glass

Babson Park – Vickie T. Glass, age 71, passed away on June 23, 2025, at Advent Health Lake Wales. She was born in Maryland, raised in Michigan, and moved to Florida in the late 70’s. She was a Registered Respiratory Therapist. She enjoyed helping others, spending time with her friends and family and shopping. She was preceded in death by her son Kenneth Kalin Glass, parents Alvis & Grace (Woodward) Townsend, brothers Frank “Butch” Lauf, William “Bill” Lauf and Benjamin Lauf. She is survived by her sister Ruth Ann Teate (Johnny) of Winter Haven, brother Joseph Townsend (Dawn) of Clio, MI, bonus grandkids of the heart Evie and Sam Mason, and many dearly loved nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, from 5:00PM – 6:00 PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow.
