She was a member of Lake Garfield First Baptist Church. She was a homemaker. She was prededed in death by her husband, Julian O. Watkins. She is survived by 3 sons: William & wife Kathy Watkins of Cape Coral, FL: Mike Watkins of Wilson, N.C.: Rev. Gene & Wife Elizabeth Watkins of Cosby, TN; 2 Daughters: Martha & Husband Charles Woodham of Dothan, Ala; Gloria & Husband Bill King of Lakeland; FL; Sister: Juanita Skipper of Jacksonville, Fla. Grandchildren: Skipper Woodham & Perry Woodham both of Dothan, Ala: Victoria Watkins & Owen Watkins both of Birmingham, Ala; Kristy Soto of Sanford, Fla.: Leslie Goff & Kevin King both of Bartow; Gena Watkins of Cosby, TN: Juliann Hibbard of Lakeland. 16 Great Grandchildren. Family will receive friends Sat 1-2 PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, 650 E. Main St, Bartow. Services will follow at 2 PM at the Funeral Home.
