Ulysses Talmadge Proctor

Fort Meade - Ulysses T. Proctor, 90, passed away Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Winter Haven Hospital. He was born March 3, 1928 in Nocatee, FL. Mr. Proctor served in the US Army during the Korean War. He was a Insurance Agent for Gulf Life Insurance. He was a member of Heartland Church in Winter Haven. He was preceded in death by his wife Rozene Proctor. He is survived by his two daughters; Nancy Kendrick (Ed) of Winter Haven and Lisa Mitchell (Travis) of Bartow, four grandchildren; Lauren Young (Chance), Hunter Mitchell, Chloe Mitchell and Griffin Mitchell, and two great grandchildren; Colton Young and Kenzie Young. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, July 21, 2018, at 11:00 am at Heartland Church, 225 Avenue B N.W. in Winter Haven, FL. Memorials may be made to Heartland Church of Winter Haven.
