Tyson W. Tyson

Bartow- Carlton Wilbur Tyson, 80, died Thursday, Jan 4, 2007, at his residence of heart failure. Mr. Tyson was a native and lifelong resident of Bartow. He was a chemical worker for W. R. Grace Phoshate Company for many years. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Alturas. He was a World War II Navy Veteran. Mr. Tyson was preceded in death by his wife Hilda Tyson & two sons Kenny & Jimmy Tyson. He is survived by a son: Roy J. Tyson; 2 brothers: Bobby Tyson & Colon Tyson all of Bartow. Sister: Gladys West of Lake Wales. 4 Grandchildren & 11 Great Grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday 10:00 AM, Graveside in Bartow Wildwood Cemetery.
