Troy E. Edmondson

Mr. Troy E. Edmondson, 62, passed away from cancer Saturday September 8, 2007 in Lakeland. Born November 2, 1944 in Lakeland, Mr. Edmondson was a lifelong Bartow resident. He was a heavy equipment operator in the agricultural industry for many years. Mr. Edmondson is survived by his wife of 32 years, Wanda Edmondson, three sons; Ronnie Edmondson of Eagle Lake, Quitin Woody, and Brian Edmondson both of Bartow. He also leaves behind a brother, David Edmondson of Bartow, three sisters; Mildred Parker of Homeland, Jeannette Smith of Maynard, Ark., Florence Baker of Bartow, and eight grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday Sept. 12, 2007 from 6 PM to 8 PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow. Services will follow Thursday Sept. 13, 2007 at 11:00 AM at the Church of God of Bartow, 1460 East Stuart Street.
