Tommy Johnson

Tommy Johnson, 90, passed away Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at home in Bartow. Born June 24, 1927 in Geneva, Alabama, Mr. Johnson was a longtime resident of the Bartow area. He was a mill operator in the phospate industry for many years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mollie Johnson. He is survived by two daughters: Carol Rodgers of Bartow and Vivian Straub of Lakeland; a granddaughter: Janice Johnson Rogers of Bartow; six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Family will receive friends Monday, May 21, 2018 from 10-11 AM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Bartow Wildwood Cemetery.
