Thomas W. Adams

Thomas W. Adams, age 84, passed away Saturday, February 26, 2022, in Lakeland, FL. Born August 8, 1937, in Rochester, NY, he was the son of the late William C. Adams and Helen (Nary) Adams. Mr. Adams was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He retired from Eastman Kodak in 1993 as a Human Resources Supervisor after 31 years with the company. He was a member of Saint Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Bartow, FL. Mr. Adams is survived by a loving family that includes his wife of 63 years, Jean Adams of Bartow, his children: Steven T. Adams (Julie) of Caledonia, NY, Michael T. Adams (Susan) of Baltimore, MD and Mary Jo Schutt (Terry) of Henrietta, NY, He also leaves behind his sister, Joan Morgiewicz (Leon) of Fairport, NY along with nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 3rd from 9:30am to 10:30am at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow, FL. A funeral mass will be held at Saint Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Bartow at 11:00am on Thursday, March 3rd, following the visitation at the funeral home.
