Thomas W. Sharp,Sr.

Thomas W. Sharp, Sr. 88, of Fort Meade, FL, went to be with the Lord Saturday, January 28, 2012. Tommy was a Native of Fort Meade, he was born October 2, 1923. He was a Merchant Marine during WWII. Tommy retired from Swift & Co./ Estech and was a member of First Baptist Church of Fort Meade. Tommy coached Fort Meade Little League baseball and was instrumental in building the ball fields. He is survived by his wife of 65 years Alice Sharp of Fort Meade. Daughter; Jayne A. Linder of Sebring and Son; Thomas W Sharp, Jr. of Auburndale. Grandaughter; Melanie Carnley (Jessie) & Grandson; Michael Linder (Amanda) both of Wauchula. Three Great Grandchildren. The Family will receive friends Friday, 2/3/2012 from 2 to 3 PM at The First Baptist Church, 307 East Broadway in Fort Meade. Service will follow at 3:00 PM at First Baptist Church of Fort Meade.
