Mulberry - Teresa Gonzalez- Rodriguez, age 92, passed away on March 16, 2025, at her residence in Mulberry. She was born on December 4, 1932, in Ciales, Puerto Rico. She was a Homemaker. She enjoyed eating, gardening, cooking and going on trips. She was preceded in death by her husband Eli Martinez- Figueroa. She is survived by her sons Eli Martinez, Jr. (Emy) of Mulberry, & Edgar Martinez (Daisy) of Lakeland, daughter Enid Martinez of Mulberry, grandchildren Eli Martinez, III, Jennifer Marie Martinez, Crystal Eli Martinez, Edgar Eli Ortiz, Annette Martinez & Janienid Aviles, 8 great grandchildren, sisters Elba I. Gonzalez of PR & Gladys Gonzalez of PR and brother Victor Gonzalez of Tampa. The family will receive friends Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Funeral service will be held Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Wildwood Cemetery, Bartow.
