Lake Wales - Tammy L. Revell, 54, passed away Monday, April 14, 2014 at her residence in Lake Wales of respiratory failure. Born October 6, 1959 in Amarillo, TX, Mrs. Revell was a longtime resident of Polk County. She was a principial secretary at Snively Elementary School for 15 years. Mrs Revell is survived by her husband: Mark Revell, Lake Wales; two sons: Jason Pettijohn, Brandon & Jacob Revell, Lake Wales; mother: Martha West, Waco, TX; two brothers: David West, Denham Springs, LA & Thomas West, Waco; sister: Lori Niswonger (Dale), Sparta, IL. Family will receive friends Thursday, April 17, 2014 from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Bartow Wildwood Cemetery.
