Sylvia Deloach Coker

Sylvia DeLoach Coker 74 of Ruskin passed away on Thursday November 10, 2011 at the Sun City Hospice House from complications of Pancreatitis. Born in Bartow on September 3, 1937 she was a lifelong resident of the central Florida area. Sylvia was a homemaker and especially enjoyed collecting frog memorabilia. She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty five years Lawrence Clayton Coker and is survived by two sons Eric Lawrence Coker and wife Carol of Whitehouse Station, NJ and Keith Coker of Palmetto, FL. Two grandchildren Megan and Christopher Coker both of Douglas, GA and two great grandchildren Aiden Coker and Carly Kizer both of Douglas, GA. A visitation will be held on Monday Nov. 14th from 6-8pm at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow and a Graveside Funeral Service will follow on Tuesday at 1pm at the Wildwood Cemetery in Bartow.
