Lakeland- Susan M. Goeltzenleuchter , age 69, passed away on September 13,2025, at Lakeland Hospice House. She was born on March 20, 1956, in Bartow, FL. She worked as a Medical Transcriptionist and Secretary for Watson Clinic. She enjoyed traveling, sightseeing, country cooking and going to the mountains. She was a member of FAMT. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings. She is survived by her husband Robert Goeltzenleuchter, son Cory Goeltzenleuchter and brother William "Bill" Duke, Jr. (Carol).
