Sue M. Carter

Largo - Sue M. Carter, 87, passed away on November 16, 2025, at her home in Largo. She was born on November 17, 1937, in Bartow, FL, and was a 1955 graduate of Summerlin Institute. She started her professional life as a music teacher and later retired from a career in telecommunications with the Pinellas County Health Department. She enjoyed playing the piano, traveling, and caring for flowers. She is survived by her daughter Melanie Carter of Saint Petersburg, sister Chris Conner-Bernstein of Miami, and nephew Justin Murphy of Bartow.
