Bartow- Stevee Joan Mitchell, 26, died Thursday, Feb 21, 2008, at Bartow Regional Medical Center of heart failure. A native of Winter Haven, Miss Mitchell has been a livelong resident of the area. She is survived by her mother: Jo Ann Summers DeWinkler & husband John of Lake Wales; father: Roy Dan Mitchell & wife Pam of Bartow; brother: Roy "Gator" Mitchell and wife Adrienne of Winter Haven; sister: Kristine Louise Mitchell of Ocala; grandmother: Esther Summers of Bartow; nephew: Bryce Mitchell of Winter Haven; several aunts, uncles & cousins & her special family at Greentree Court of Bartow. Family will receive friends Tuesday, Feb 26, 10-11 am at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, 650 E. Main St, Bartow with services following at 11 am at the funeral home.
