Steffanie J. Bastin

Steffanie J. Bastin, age 55, passed away Saturday, December 20, 2014 at her home in Bartow. Born April 27, 1959 in St. Louis, MO, she was the daughter of the late Donald Edward Bastin, Sr. and Margaret Louise Foster. Steffanie worked for many years as an accounting consultant, including 15 years for the Polk County School Board, She is survived by her wife Jennifer L. Schneider of Bartow, her four brothers: Mark Ushman (Cindy) of Springfield, IL, John Joseph Bastin of Winter Haven, Donald E. Bastin, Jr. (Sheila) of Winter Haven, George Christopher Bastin also of Springfield, IL and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Friday, December 26, 2014 from 5pm to 7pm at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow. Funeral services will follow on Saturday morning at 10:00 am at the funeral home chapel.
