Stanya Goff

Stanya Goff, age 80, peacefully passed away, surrounded by family, Friday, April 4, 2025. She was born March 26, 1945 in Dade City, FL. Stanya worked for the Polk County School Board in various administrative assistant positions. She was a long-time member of Peace Creek Baptist Church, where she taught an Adult Ladies Bible study for many years and she enjoyed decorating the Church. Above everything, she loved Jesus and was a proud Momma and Nana. She is survived by her husband Michael Goff of Bartow, daughter Leanne Glover (April) of Winter Haven, son Anthony Goff of Villa Rica, GA; seven grandchildren David, Nicholas (Kayli), Justin (Kenzie), Dalton (Ashley), Hezekiah (Christy), Malachi (Hannah) and Adonai "Addie"; nine great grandchildren Elizabeth, Raymond, Michael, Madeline, Morgan, Hayden, Kimber, Benjamin and Isabella. Family will receive friends Saturday, April 12, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Peace Creek Baptist Church, 3070 State Road 60 in Bartow, FL. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 am Saturday, April 12, 2025, at Peace Creek Baptist Church. Burial will be held at Wildwood Cemetery in Bartow, FL.
