Sibyl Delores Lowell, 59, passed away Friday, July 27, 2012 at Palm Terrace in St. Petersburg. She was born February 23, 1953 in Crestview, FL, Sibyl was a preceded in death by her parents Hollis & Lillie Mae Lawson and sister; Bobbie Kersey. She is survivored by her brother; O.L. Lawson & wife Lorraine, Trenton, NJ. Nephew; Neil & Tina Lawson of Lakeland.
