Shirley Howze Mcduffie

Fort Meade - Shirley Howze McDuffie, age 84, went to be with her Lord & Savior Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at her home surrounded by her loving family . Shirley was born November 14, 1935 in Fort Meade, FL, She was a Bookkeeper for Tate-Phillips Hardware in Bartow and she was a School Bus Driver in Fort Meade for 12 years.  She would also spend her time caring for family members, friends or anyone that was in need.  She was a member of Fort Meade Cornerstone Church of God.  Shirley loved to spend time at their second home in Sylva, NC.  She is survived by her husband of 63 years Robert J. McDuffie, three sons; Robert L McDuffie, Allen McDuffie, and Byron McDuffie, daughter; Debra McDuffie all of Fort Meade, brother; Jesse Howze, Jr. (Sally), grandchildren; Sheryl McDuffie, Michelle Hill, Brent McDuffie, Little Shirley McDuffie, Krystal Brown, Renee' Sims and Lindsey Hahn, great grandchildren; Robert John, Jaden, Taylor, Rylee, Reece, Tyler, Nathan, Aaliyah, Garrett, Alexis, Kaylee, Riley, Braden, Peyton, Liam and Abel, great great grandchildren; Tana, Lailynn and Kayden. Family will receive friends Sunday, December 15, 2019 from 2 to 4 pm at McLean Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 10:00 am Monday, December 16, 2019 at Cornerstone Church of God, 10 S. Seminole Ave in Fort Meade with Pastor Phillip Williams and Pastor Ryan Wiggins officiating.  Interment will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Fort Meade, FL.
