Bartow - Shirley J. Altman, age 72, Went home to be with her Lord on Friday, December 07, 2018. Born Monday, May 13, 1946 in Alturas, FL, Shirley was a loving Wife, Mother and Nana who took great pride in her family. She Loved everybody and everybody loved her. She was known for her loving smile and caring heart. She would always put others before herself. She is survived by her husband, James "Wendell" Altman of Bartow, daughters, Angela Reinhold (Tom) of Bartow, Joanne Giles (Jackie), Five Points, TN, Melissa McClean (Robert), Bartow, Selissa Craddock, Bartow. Eight Grandchildren and 18 Great GrandchildrenFamily will receive friends from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM  on Monday, December 10, 2018 at Whidden- McLean Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Wildwood Cemetery, Bartow.
