Shasta is survived by her husband Jose Ramirez, mother Tricia Davis (Sherry Long), father Jesse Hunt (Lisa), her children Makynlee Moody, Karson Moody, Legend Ramirez, Meadow Ramirez and Stefan Byrd (Erica), siblings Jamie Hunt (Elizabeth), Trula Melanson, Charity Hamric (Jeremy) and Joshua Hunt, five grandchildren Stetson Jessee, Raylynn Byrd, Hayden Byrd, Jensyn Byrd and Layton Byrd. Family will receive friends Thursday, August 13, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow, FL. Funeral service will be 3:00 pm on Friday, August 14, 2026, at Haven Worship Center, 1835 Overlook Drive in Winter Haven, FL. Burial will be held at Church of Christ Cemetery in Eagle Lake, FL.
