Sharon Louise Lewis

Sharon Louise Lewis went home to Jesus on May 29, 2025, at age 75. She resided with her husband Hershel Lewis, in Moulton Alabama. She was born on December 27, 1949, in Plant City, Florida. She was extremely proud of her accomplishments as a wife, mother, and grandmother. As a member of the old Peace River Church of God, she held the position of church treasurer for several years. Sharon's love for the Lord proved daily with her walk with God. She also enjoyed traveling throughout the U.S. As one of her hobbies, she loved vintage cars and trucks, and being knowledgeable with the makes and models. Sharon was employed by Peace River Electric and retired after 24 years. She was preceded in death by her son, Douglas Hamm, stepdaughter Melissa Faircloth, and 8 siblings. She is survived by her husband Hershel Lewis, her son Mathew Scott Hamm, stepchildren Leslie Selph, "Sonny" Faircloth II, 14 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins. Family will receive friends Friday, June 6, 2025, from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Whidden- McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Funeral service will be held Saturday, June 7, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Christian Home Freewill Baptist Church. Interment will be held at Wildwood Cemetery, Bartow.
