Sharon C. Henderson

Sharon C. Henderson, age 78, passed away Thursday, January 23, 2025. She was born October 12, 1946 in Bartow, FL to Clarence & Ruby Couey. Sharon was a Deed Analyst for Polk County Property Appraiser. Sharon was a member of United Community Church of Bartow, where she loved to help with the children and volunteer her time to her Church. She also volunteered for over 15 years with the Polk County Supervisor of Elections. She was also accomplished baker, her baked goods were requested by everyone that knew her. Sharon was preceded in death by her husband Donald Henderson. She is survived by her daughter Stacey Logue & husband Leon of Lakeland, son Derrick Henderson & Bethany Champion of Nashville, TN, brothers Harlon Couey & wife Joann of Fairmount, GA and Carlos Mancil of Lakeland, two grandchildren Andrea Logue and Alex Logue, many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Family will receive friends Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at United Community Church, 2301 Noralyn Mine Road in Bartow, FL.
