Sandy was a selfless woman who cared for everyone she met. She had a knack for knowing the right thing to say or do in any situation and welcomed everyone as part of the family. Sandy worked for Department of Children and Families for the state of Florida for over 5 years. In 2007, Sandy left her career to care for her mom, who was suffering from Alzheimer’s disease.
