Bartow - Sandra K. Russ, age 70, passed away on December 23, 2025, at Bartow Regional Medical Center in Bartow. She was born on January 15, 1955, in Bartow, FL. She worked as a Patient Care Technician. She enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, fishing, and sharing her infinite wisdom with others. She is survived by her life partner Laura Church of Bartow, sons Stephen Willis of Tampa & Joe Willis (Dee) of Bartow, brother Kenneth Gainer (Kathy) of Bradley Junction, sister Kathy Edwards of Bartow, 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
