Bartow - Ruthell Randall, age 84, passed away on October 31, 2025, at her residence in Bartow. She was born on June 7, 1941, in Georgia. She worked in the Ministry. She enjoyed helping people and praising the Lord. She was preceded in death by her husband Frederick Randall and brother Kenny Vickery. She is survived by her daughter Eva Warren (Richard) of Bartow, son William Randall (Cindy) of Winter Haven, sister Ethel Sobol of Leesburg, 6 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren & 4 great great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Good Shepherd Hospice. Graveside service will be held Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 9:00 AM at Wildwood Cemetery, Bartow.
