Ruth Katherine Louise McClellan Locklar, 82, of Wauchula, FL, died Wednesday, February 10, 2010, at Hardee Manor Care Center in Wauchula. She was born August 20, 1927 in Bradley, Florida. She is preceded in death by her parents Arthur Lee & Mary Jane McClellan. She is survived by her two Sisters; Juanita Boone of Lakeland, FL & Anne White of Temple Terrace, FL. Two Brothers; Robert "Bob" McClellan of Bowling Green, FL & Lacey "Sonny" McClellan of Treasure Island, FL. Arrangements are being handled by McLean Funeral Home, 306 East Broadway in Fort Meade, FL. The Family will receive friends from 10 to 11 am and the Memorial Service will follow at 11:00 am, Saturday March 6, 2010 at McLean Funeral Home.
