Rufus "Don" E. Bowen

Bartow -Rufus "Don" E. Bowen, age 83, passed away on January 28, 2025, at Bartow Regional Medical Center. He was born on March 25, 1941, in Donaldsonville, GA. He worked as a Maintenance Director. He enjoyed writing books, playing the guitar and being a devoted Dad. He was preceded in death by his daughter Cathy Bowen. He is survived by his wife Sondra Bowen, brother Larry Bowen and nieces & nephew. Family will receive friends Friday, January 31, 2025, from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow.
