Winter Haven - Rozzie P. Simmons, 72, passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2017 . She was born November 8, 1944 in Athens, AL, Rozzie was a resident of Winter Haven for 11 years, moving from Bartow, FL, She worked for Lake Garfield Packing House as a Citrus Packer. She was preceded in death by her husband John E. Simmons, Sr. She is survived by three daughters; Linda Barnard, Mary St. Germain and April Ganzy.
