Rosemary Elizabeth Donnelly

Bartow- Rosemary Elizabeth Donnelly fondly known as the “Lil General”, age 90, passed away March 18,2021 at her beloved home in Bartow, Fl. She was born on June 16, 1930 in Jacksonville, Fl. Following high school, she went to nursing school and became a licensed RN. She was a devoted military wife and mother of eight and of the Catholic Faith. She loved the beach and enjoyed shell hunting, gardening, bingo, puzzles and doing scratch offs. She was preceded in death by her husband, Army CSM John T. Donnelly and her son William Patick Donnelly. She is survived by seven of her eight children that includes Catherine Rose Donnelly, Mary Patricia Donnelly, John Michael Donnelly (Linette), Nancy Eileen Joerss (Nicholas), Thomas Fitzgerald Donnelly, Kenneth Arthur Donnelly and Joseph Edward Donnelly. Grandsons James Oliver Pigue Jr, Timothy Lee Pigue, Nicholas John Donnelly (Megan) and granddaughter Mary Elizabeth Brock and 6 great grandchildren.
