Rose H. Bell, 88, passed away Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Bartow Regional Medical Center. Born March 16, 1931 in Hazard, Ky, to Frank and Eliza Combs Hayden, she was a resident of Bartow for several years. She was in the banking industry for many years. She was a member of the Bartow Rotary Club where she served as club secretary.
