Roscoe L. Welch

Bartow - Roscoe L. Welch, age 51, passed away on October 16, 2025, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa. He was born on January 1, 1974, in Bartow, FL. He enjoyed going to church, bowling in the Special Olympics, gospel music and eating collard greens. He especially loved the Incredible Hulk and listening to Blaine and Boyd Cornwell sing. He was preceded in death by his mother Joyce Swallows and sister Vickie Harris. He is survived by his sister Dochie Kim Hillis (Dale) of Lake Wales, brothers James A. Tillman, Jr. (Rhonda) of Bartow & Joseph A. Tillman (Tempie) of Bartow, brother-in-law Danny Harris of Mulberry and numerous nieces & nephews. Family will receive friends Tuesday, October 21, 2025, from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Wildwood Cemetery, Bartow.
