Bartow - Ronald "Ronnie" Cothern, age 69, passed away Monday, March 8, 2021. He was born October 13, 1951 in Douglas, GA. He was a Purchasing Agent in the Electrical Industry. Ronnie loved to play softball. He is survived by his wife Carol Cothern of Lakeland, son Brett Cothern of Lakeland, sister Janice Cothern of Bartow, aunt Jessie "Foda" Pierce of Waycross, GA and uncle Jerry Strickland of Locust, NC. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice or the charity of your choice. A Celebration of Life will be held for Ronnie on Saturday, March 27th, 2021 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Mary Holland Park Table #10 in Bartow, FL.
