Lakeland - Ronald Harris, age 78, passed away on August 29, 2025, at Lakeland Hospice House in Lakeland. He was born on July 10, 1947, in Cleveland, OH. He worked as a Civil Engineer for the City of Lakeland. He enjoyed working outside, gardening and attending church at Willow Oak Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Linda Harris of Lakeland, brother-in-law Warren "Dow" Watson and wife Carol of Lakeland and many nieces & nephews. Family will receive friends Thursday, September 4, 2025, from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Funeral service will be held Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Lakeland Memorial Gardens, Lakeland.
