Robert G. Wilkinson

Lakeland - Robert G. Wilkinson, age 74, passed away on January 2, 2026, at Lakeland Regional Health and Medical Center. He was born on May 7, 1951, in Winter Haven, FL. He attended Bartow First Assembly of God and was a Commander for the Royal Rangers. He worked as a Custodian for the Polk County School Board. He enjoyed art, playing the piano & guitar, music, and cooking. He is survived by his sons Brian Wilkinson (Roberta) & Matthew Wilkinson (Marie), daughter Kaylee Sherrouse (Joshua) , grandchildren Alora Wilkinson, Chloe Wilkinson, Ethan Wilkinson, Kate Sherrouse & Abel Sherrouse, sister Susan Byers (Alan), niece Lisa Greenless (Tom), nephew Rodger Gaston( Whitney), great nephew Alex Greenless and extended family. Family will receive friends Wednesday, January 7, 2026, from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow.
