Robert Sparks

Mr. Robert G. Sparks, age 64, of Bartow, died Sunday, December 28, 2008, at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. Born March 29, 1944 in Fort Collins, CO, Mr. Sparks has been a resident of Bartow for a few months, moving from Milford, NH. Mr. Sparks was a Computer Engineer for New Hampshire State Heath & Human Services. Mr. Sparks held a degree in psychology from the University of Idaho where he was active in ROTC. He was an Eagle Scout; member of Toastmasters and served in the Peace Corps. He also held a degree in Theology. He is survived by his wife: Simonne M. Sparks of Bartow; daughter: Mary Sparks of Merrimack, N.H.; son: Sean Sparks of Nashua, N.H.; step daughter: Diane Barney of Greenville, N.H.; step son: Mark Cloutier of Northfield, N.H.; 2 brothers: Richard Sparks of Seattle, WA & Gene Sparks of Nampa, ID, 6 grandchildren.
