Robert L. Reynolds

Robert L. Reynolds, age 84, passed away Monday, September 11, 2023. He was born December 22, 1938 in Lakeland, FL to Robert & Edna Reynolds a lifelong Polk County Native. Robert served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He then worked as a Crane Operator for 40 years in the Phosphate industry. Robert loved gardening, blue grass and gospel music. He is survived by his wife Margie Reynolds, daughter Crystal Brown & husband Jason, son Michael Reynolds, three grandchildren Destiny Welch, Rhonda Hand and Mitchell Hand, four brothers Richard Reynolds (Teresa), Floyd Reynolds, Martin Reynolds, Walter Reynolds and Wayne Reynolds, three sisters Carolyn Gay, Marlene Reynolds and Shirley Floyd, son-in-law Glenn Hand and many loving nieces & nephews. Robert loved God and His Country. Family will receive friends Wednesday, September 20, 2023 from 9:00 am to 9:45 am at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow, FL.
