Robert E. Keeney, age 62, passed away Friday, April 12, 2013. Born February 16, 1951 in Nelsonville, OH, he was the son Donald and Bessie Keeney. Mr. Keeney worked for the Florida Department of Transportation. He is survived by this wife Mary Keeney of Bartow, two nieces; Sherry Vancuren, Pam Simms, and nephew Gary Siler and wife Laura.
