Robert L. Johnson

Robert L. Johnson, age 63, passed away from respiratory failure, Sat., April 23, 2011. Mr. Johnson was born on October 29, 1947 in Geneva, AL. He was a Marine Corps Veteran of the Vietnam War, and was also involved in the cirtus industry during his working life. He was an avid fisherman. He is preceded in death by his son Aarron Wade Johnson. He is survived by his wife Carol Johnson, daughter Shawn L. Aman of Oregon, son Steve L. Johnson of Fort Meade, son Joey Warren of Sneads Ferry, NC, daughter Neomia Johnson of Auburndale, three brothers; Oneil Johnson of Athens, AL, Charlie Johnson of Wahneta, Bill Johnson of Athens, AL, two sisters; Margaret Barton of Arkansas, Ann Cline of Athens, AL, and three grandchildren; Brittney, Brenna, and Bram. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 26th from 6pm to 8pm at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow. Services will follow at 11:00am on Wednesday, April 27th at the funeral home chapel.
