Richard William Corhn

Richard "Dick" Corhn, age 69, of Fort Meade, FL, died Wednesday, August 20, 2008, at his Residence in Fort Meade from heart failure. Mr. Corhn was born November 20, 1938. He moved to Fort Meade at a young age from Load, KY. He was a graduate of Fort Meade High School, Class of 1958. Mr Corhn was a retired Crane Operator for IMC phosphate. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Fort Meade. He was also a member of Fin & Feather Club and Paynes Creek Historical Society. He Served in the US Army. He is survived by his wife Jeanne Lynn Corhn of Fort Meade, FL. Two Daughters, Wendy Lynn Corhn and Amanda Nicole King both of Fort Meade, FL. One Son, Jeff Corhn of Riverview, FL. One Sister, Mary Ann Bushey of Arcadia, FL. One Brother, Bobby Joe Corhn of Arcadia, FL. Four Grandchildren who loved their "Pop Corhn", Riley Corhn, Alyson King, Ethan McNutt and Kodi McNutt. Three Nieces and Five Nephews. Arrangements are being handled by McLean Funeral Home, 306 East Broadway, Fort Meade, FL, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Monday, August 25, 2008. Funeral service will be at First Baptist Church of Fort Meade at 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 26, 2008 , Rev. Kenny Slay officiating. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Fort Meade, FL.
