Bartow - Rhea L. Edwards, age 71, passed away Sunday, November 2, 2014 at Palm Terrace Nursing Home in Lakeland of cancer. Born August 3, 1943 in Columbia County, FL, Mrs. Edwards was a resident of Bartow for 37 years. She was an Assistant Jury Manager for the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court for several years. Mrs. Edwards was survived by her husband: Harry R. Edwards of Bartow; son: Charles E. Harper, Jr; Lakeland; daughter: Tessa Harper Juall, Sarasota and three grandchildren. Services will be held at a later date.
